Business Exam

I havent really been doing much in terms of looking for new music in the past week as i have been preparing for this silly exam I had in business today, oh and being excited for V festival which in case you never knew I HAVE A TICKET FOR ! The song I chose today was played by my mate on his phone just before our exam, we were reflecting on good old songs, he played this and it was stuck in my head for the WHOLE exam & the rest of the day. K AAAAAAA !

GOT MY V TICKET !!!!!

A lot of love has to be shown to rachel & vannesa (her mum) for getting me a v ticket as they have virgin media ! So thanks the Smiths ! Therefore, like yesterday, todays post will be V festival orientated, with the hundreds of acts playing, I chose a band that I grew up on, literally listening to their album every single day from the ages of around 14 till like 16 ( + i listened to both their albums today). I would do time in prison for a night with Luke Pritchard and I am straight !!

V Festival & Summer On Its Way ?

So when I woke up this morning, I thought its the 1st of march, the line up for V festival is revealed so todays post would be based on that BUT... although it was still cold, it was very sunny today so I thought I would break the mould (on the 2nd post) by adding 2 songs today & slip this Balearic bomb in there by Bob Marly & edited by Funkstar.

For the second track, based on V Festival, I thought on posting a track by my favourite artist at V this year but thats a bit predictable so I chose Temper Trap's (confirmed on 4music stage) Sweet Disposition covered by Ellie Goulding (confirmed for in The Arena) in the live lounge. Both artists were not even heard of this time last year + the song was on Channel 4's advert for V Festival 2009 and gave me shivers out of excitement every time it came on.
